Charles brings with him 13 years of experience in programming and managing networks in the Microsoft Windows environment as well as 5 years in the Linux community. He coordinates all network maintenance and upgrades as well as the design and creation of custom programs for image manipulation, websites, and database matching utilizing Microsoft products as well as Open Source tools and software.
